Bungoma County Women representative Dr Reginalda Wanyonyi has called on the government to vet all civilians before licensing them to be legal firearm holders.
She called on the government to first withdraw all guns in the civilian's hands and contact fresh vetting to avoid incidences of private gun holders misusing their rifles which can be dangerous to the society.
