Philes Moraa Ongori has been ruled out of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games that start today in the Scottish capital city due to a Hemorrhoid condition.

This emerged as while at least 18 athletes are yet to arrive here, most of them track athletes. Notable absentees include men’s 3,00m steeplechase, 5,000m, 10,000m and marathon.
