Kenya’s sports betting company SportPesa goes abroad

Premier League side Hull City is now officially sponsored by Kenya’s sports betting company Sportpesa.

According to the information released on their official website, Hull City have entered a three-year multi-billion pound deal with SportPesa as their official sponsor.

“SportPesa are so much more than a betting brand, this is a company with a huge footprint across grassroots sport in Kenya, as well as the rest of Africa.” said Simon King, Commercial Manager at Hull City.

King added that “the deal is by far the largest in our history and a sign of our ambition to grow our Club and become a household name in our sport globally."

Hull city were recently promoted to the topflight league after Championship play-off final victory over Sheffield Wednesday in this year.
