Arsenal will sell Olivier Giroud to raise funds for a Karim Benzema bid, according to the Express.

Arsene Wenger has been an admirer of the Frenchman ever since he broke onto the scene as a teenager at Lyon.

With Real Madrid rumoured to be lining up a £60m bid for Sergio Aguero, Benzema could be on his way out of the Bernabeu.

The Gunners believe Benzema could be lured to the club by the appeal of living in London.
