Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka has announced plans to inspect Early Childhood Development Education(ECDE) classroom construction projects in the county, warning contractors that payment will be withheld for poor-quality work.

Speaking during the launch of an ECD learning materials distribution program in Bumula, Lusaka expressed his frustration over the unacceptable conditions at some schools, where young learners have been subjected to unsafe and unhygienic environments due to faulty construction.
