Kenyans for peace with truth and justice organization is raising a red flag on the ongoing debate and ethnic mobilisation towards the general election aimed at slowing down or halting the icc process. The organization says, the approach adopted by the icc accused is threatening to polarise the country, and is also contrary to the conditions set by the international criminal court. The activists have also warned Justice Minister Eugine Wamalwa against sacrificing the tenets of the constitution to accommodate the ICC accused.
