Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo has been arrested over unsubstantiated claims that there's a plan to assassinate the Prime Minister Raila Odinga. Midiwo made the statement at a funeral attended by the PM and several members of parliament, a statement that seemed to shock mourners and Raila himself, however when it was his turn to speak, the premier seemed to dismiss the matter, teasing, that nobody should be afraid of death.
