Kibaki and Raila's pledge on cost of food

President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga have pledged to address rising food and fuel costs. This comes as workers brace for a countrywide strike after Labor Day to protest the rising cost of living. Prime Minister Raila Odinga today condemned the use of strikes to agitate for a reduction of food and fuel prices.
