COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli has
asked Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairman Wafula
Chebukati to man up and ask for more time to conduct the repeat presidential poll
slated for October 26.
"Chebukati is not acting bold enough in his decision as a Luhya. He needs to stand up and ask for more time, even if it's three months to adequately prepare for the repeat election," said Francis Atwoli.
