Police arrest Moi University student found with class five pupil inside lodging

Police on Thursday last week arrested a Moi University student in Iten town, Elgeyo Marakwet County after nabbing him with a 15-year-old girl in a guest room.

Emmanuel Keter, 25, a third-year linguistics, media and communications student according to Keiyo North AP Commander Joseph Biwott was spotted by villagers checking into a lodging with the class five pupil on Wednesday last week.
