Bungoma governor Ken Lusaka has dismissed claims by leaders allied to the opposition that the then Webuye Pan paper mills is not operational terming them as uninformed and ill-intended on President Kenyatta's efforts to breath life into the western region.
Lusaka, while responding to Kiminini MP Chris Wamalwa's remarks that the government had blackmailed the region by claiming to have re-opened the paper factory said the legislator had not been to the millers and had no facts about its state.
