A 30-year-old with the 'biggest cheeks in the world' who has had so many fillers that she has 'lost count' claims they are still too small.

Instagram model Anastasia Pokreshchuk has splashed out Sh217,000 ($2,000) on cheek fillers since having her first one four years ago and she said she has no plans to stop.
