Moses Kuria describes Ruto as a symbol of those who went to school without shoes

Gatundu South Member of Parliament (MP) Moses Kuria on Sunday, February 23, 2020, described Deputy President William Ruto as a representation of Kenyans who went to school without shoes.

Speaking during a church service in Embu, the legislator warned those who do not see the DP as one of them to wake before it is too late.

“Wanaonanga makamu wa rais wanadhani he is just an individual, wanasahau he is just a symbol of sisi sote ambao tulienda shule bila viatu. Ile siku watagundua it will be too late for them” stated Kuria.

Loosely translates to “They see the Deputy President and think he is just an individual and forget he is a symbol of those who went to school without shoes    ”.
