Kenyans online applaud King Kaka after his latest tweet

Rapper Kennedy Ombima popularly known as King Kaka on Friday, December 20, 2019, once again hit the headlines after his latest tweet.

King Kaka joined Egerton university students in using the #EgertonHeist which they used to decry hefty fines imposed on them by the institution.

This came after the school senate came to an agreement that all students pay a total of Sh16,862 to clear damages caused after demonstrations witnessed in the university in early December.

“Changing Kenya, calling out Corruption when we see one. #EgertonHeist #Wajinganyiyi” read King Kaka’s tweet.

A majority of Kenyans online were quick to show appreciation to the musician’s involvement in matters of national interest.
