After Nyashinski criticised Mseto show presenter Mzazi Willy M Tuva "for mainly promoting Bongo artistes” the popular TV and radio presenter responded to the online jab with a lengthy write up, a blow by blow account of how he has helped nurture local talent.
The spat was stirred up by an online video by M Tuva that had a governor responding to his interview on what music he supports – after which he mentioned 'Kwangwaru' by Harmonize.

Nyashinski then went online and hit out at Willy M Tuva in a widely-shared comment viewed by many Kenyan artistes.
Willy M Tuva even went ahead to state that he had hosted Nyash both on TV and radio on numerous occasions.
