Chipukeezy comes to the rescue of Conjestina

Comedian Chipukeezy on Thursday promised to take care of once famous Conjestina Achieng’, a renowned Kenyan boxer, who is now just but a shadow of her former self.

Through an Instagram post, the comedian further stated that the former boxer will be picked today (Friday) and will be taken to the best rehabilitation centre in Kenya.

“I’ve talked to the family and we have agreed I go pick her tomorrow in Kisumu and take her to the Best Rehab/mental in Kenya.

“As NACADA we will take care of her,” wrote Chipukeezy.

This comes after a video of Conjestina in a rather sorry state did rounds on social media.

Gone are the days when the bold and charismatic boxer would be accompanied by the who is who in the corporate world.

She has been left to fend for herself and although she has maintained her confidence, you can easily tell that all is not well.

Netizens came out to commend Chipukeezy for his noble gesture and wished Conjestina quick recovery.
