Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko was on Monday fined Sh500,000 for failing to honour summons by the Senate Public Accounts and Investment Committee (CPAIC).
Sonko had been summoned to explain audit queries raised by Auditor General Edward Ouko but failed to show up.
