Constructors puzzle residents by leaving live pole in the middle of the road

Residents of Kiambu County are left wondering why constructors of the newly carpeted Ting'ang'a-Riabai road left an electricity pole at the junction of the road.

The re-carpeting of the road was completed a few days ago and the road was open for use by residents. What puzzles most is that the constructors left an electricity pole with live wire right in the middle of the finished work.

The pole with several live wires stands in the middle of the junction between Kiambu road and the Ting'ang'a-Riabai road. The latter has been undergoing the re-carpeting for a while now.

According to a resident, drivers using that patch may end up hitting the pole as there is no warning and many have to brake hard as they approach it.
