Gatundu South Member of Parliament, Moses Kuria posted a video on his Facebook account which he claimed to have sent to International Criminal Court's Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bom Bensouda.
The video, recorded during the campaign period has Opposition leader Raila Odinga saying that there shall be no elections on October 26.
