Another Kenyan set for the prestigious EPL

Brighton & Hove Albion have earned promotion to the English Premier League with three games to spare, having them get a purely deserved promotion spot since 1984.

One of the notable contributors to Brighton's perfect season is Kenyan footballer Jonah Ananias Paul Ayunga, who has featured a number of times for the Seagulls.

Brighton sits pretty on top of the EFL Championship standings with 92 points after 43 games played, seven points above Rafael Benitez's Newcastle United who are second with 85 points.
Brighton came close last season to qualify for the English premier League but was eliminated in the playoff rounds by Sheffield Wednesday.
Ayunga is however on loan at Irish side Sligo Rovers and is expected back at the end of the season. He will feature for his team against the likes of Kenyan captain Victor Wanyama.

Brighton, coached by Chris Hughton, have the chance to test their metal in the Premier League against big teams like Chelsea and Manchester United and from their performances in the championship, maybe, just maybe, they could be a surprise package when the new season starts.
