Nkaissery, Boinnet should resign over Kerio Valley killings

The continued cattle-rustling and banditry in Baringo, Marakwet and West Pokot is a clear indication that Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery and Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet have failed to fulfil their mandate to protect Kenyans.

It is saddening to see lives being lost almost daily in Kerio Valley, especially in Marakwet and Baringo, yet no action is being taken to stop this.
