Developmental based talent show

One Blood One theater group is searching for talents among youth in Taita Taveta county and plans to carry out a mega talent search show on April this year.

According to the group's chairperson Patrick Nyangala, this year's auditions will be based on developments achievements in the county as well as how well the youth know their county.

"This year we are looking at how well the youth know their county and their familiarity with county politics and development" said Nyangala.

The theatrical group also intends to advocate for peaceful campaigns and agenda based politics during this electioneering year.

Governor Mruttu has pledged his support in promoting and nurturing talents among county residents saying talents are sources of livelihood.

This talent Show will give youths from different backgrounds a platform to express themselves and empower them through their strength as individuals. According to the governor, this great move will be so special and unique in the entire region.


Governor Mruttu added that by showcasing talents by the youths will help to instill discipline in them and also help them financially, hence solving the challenges that are created by idle youths.
