Many ladies have always wanted to have that sexy model like body; to lose the thick thighs, the chubby tummy and the hanging waist line. But losing weight has proven to be a lot harder than expected. Gaining weight is really easy but to losing it is a hard nut to crack. Here are a few steps that will help you lose the extra fat;

1 Check what you eat; what you eat determines your body weight. If you are a junk person, then you should revise your diet. It is not bad to eat junk food but these are the foods that make you gain weight. Avoid the biscuits, cakes and the chocolate likes, and if you have to eat them, then not on a daily basis.

2 Balance your diet; Make it upon you to make sure you have a balanced diet. Eat a lot of proteins and vegies. Vegetable proteins like the beans are the best here. Avoid a lot of carbohydrates, the white rice, pasta and potatoes, they have a lot of curb and that makes you gain more weight.  Fruits should also be part of your diet, eat fruits on an empty stomach that will help cleanse the body and get you ready for food.

3 Never skip any meal; this is where we get it wrong. Ladies think that when they skip meals they will lose weight faster. That’s a lie. You should have a breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper. This routine will help your body have enough time to digest.

4 Have enough sleep; sleeping early is a good remedy for weight loss. Enough sleep helps your body relax and replenish. It will save you from stress, which makes some people eat more.

5 Live like the slim people; every lady has this slimmer friend they always want to look like. Then copy her, you will notice that slim people never finish the food on their plates. With the plus size ladies they always make sure they finish the food, even after they are full they must just finish the food. Train yourself to eat less, this way your stomach will be used to less food. After all, it’s only a small percentage of what you eat that is needed by the body, the rest is waste.

6 Work out; Make exercise become a life style to you, look for the convenient time to work out so that you don’t have excuses of no time. If there is a gym around you, visit them and exercise with them, if there is no gym no worries, there are simple work outs that you can do at the comfort of your home.  If you have been exercising and you notice no changes, then try new work outs. And always remember to stay determined and never give up.
