The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has appointed Marjan Hussein as Deputy Commission Secretary/CEO in charge of support services; James Muhati Buyekane as Director Information and Communication Technology; and Osman Hussein Ibrahim as Finance Director.
