When I listen to the interactions between women and men in the workplace today, I understand that we live in a moment of heightened confusion where we try to do anything that can earn approval. To look sophisticated, one is expected to challenge rules like a teenager and break barriers, especially those that are associated with sexual morality. In teenage, boys use drugs to challenge the law while girls use the threat of sexual exposure as a means to express rebellion - they expose their bodies more and more to command male attention.

There is more talk today about gangbangs and swinger sex than there is about the Ten Commandments and their application. Even a woman who does not find Fifty Shades of Grey exciting must fake some sense of thrill in order to cut across as feisty and daring enough to be accommodated in a pool of presumably trendy friends.
