Campus relationships are a waste of time and energy

 Where did you study?

I went to Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology for a course in Business Management.

Favourite/ worst unit:

Personnel Management was my favourite unit. This is because I found the unit simple. My worst unit was Financial Accounting, I found the unit challenging.

Favourite/ worst lecturer:

Madam Alice Mwango was my favourite lecturer since she was friendly and made time for us. On the other hand, Tom Jumo was my worst lecturer. I can’t really remember why but we never got along.

How was campus life generally?

It was fun and exciting. Campus life was all about enjoying the freedom that came with it and enjoying every moment that I had with my campus mates.

How was dating in campus?

I have one word to explain how it felt- fun!

What do you think about campus relationships?

I think they are a waste of time and energy. These campus lovers rarely envision a future together.

How did you spend your free time?

I used most of my free time writing lyrics and coming up with music.

Where did you hang out during the weekends?

I used to go out with friends to hang out and take a few drinks. It was a way of unwinding after a week of doing assignments and attending long lectures.

How did you make money in campus?

I made money by performing at campus gigs like during the cultural week. I really looked forward to these events because I got a chance to perform and that translated to some money.

Classmates you will never forget and why?

I have so many of them. What mattered most to me was the memories we shared past the lecture halls.
