Woman in court for burning child with stove over missing pieces of chicken

A woman who burned her granddaughter on the chest using a stove over a chicken piece eaten by a cat has been released on a Sh10,000 bond after she denied the charge.

Margaret Adongo, 54, is alleged to have assaulted her granddaughter on March 11 at her residential house in Mathare area.
