Dennis Itumbi: They squeezed my 'fundamentals' but God is good

United Democratic Alliance blogger Dennis Itumbi has revealed that the people who abducted him tried to squeeze his private parts. For the first time, Itumbi commented about the ordeal on Facebook Live on Tuesday afternoon. 

One follower identified as Alphonse Kinara posed, "Did they squeeze your manhood?", Itumbi responded "Yes but God is good." 

On Christmas Eve, the former State House Digital Strategist was reportedly abducted while leaving a barbershop in Kiambu and beaten up before being abandoned on the roadside. 

He was later rushed to a health facility in Kasarani before being transferred to Nairobi West Hospital for specialized treatment as detectives attempted to solve the puzzle over his alleged abduction. 

 A taxi driver, who rescued Itumbi has since recorded a statement, even as police say they are still investigating. Initially, Itumbi reported that his abductors left him with a broken hand and his legs were slightly injured after being knocked by a hammer. His lawyers wrote to the Director of Criminal Investigations demanding that officers from the DCI stop unplanned interrogation until he recovers.
