How to calculate pregnancy? Top 10 "how to.." Kenyans searched for in 2016

The year 2016 was full of Google searches, from people to consumer tech and everything in between. Google just released their annual year in searches, which shows what Kenyans have been searching all year round.

Kenyans online further seemed to be obsessed with staying in shape in 2016 with "lose weight fast" and "get a flat stomach" topping the list of "how to" searches typed by Kenyans into the search engine.

 Among the Kenyan categories are the ‘How to’ searches, most of which center around weight loss and beauty. Only one search pointed towards Kenyans need to look out for their future in matters saving.

Other top "how to" searches include "calculate my pregnancy", "stop smelly feet" and "calculate my safe days". The query "how to gain weight in one day" also emerged in the top 10 health queries by Kenyans this year.

Kenyans online were also keen on alternative sources of information with "how to create a blog" emerging the second most trending "how to" query.

The need to be the best candidate for the job manifested in the need for interviewees to answer the interview questions the best way they could.

With every other tech savvy person wanting their personal creative space, especially fashion blogger popping left right and centre, blogging was bound to pop up in the searches.  Here are the top 10.
