Participants in the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) Level II Coaching Course at Nyayo Stadium will be examined tomorrow.

The five-day course, which started on Monday under the tutorship of global instructor Alemahayu Shoatatek from Ethiopia, has attracted 22 coaches (19 Kenyans, two Tanzanians and one Rwandan).

The participants will sit for both practical and theory exams. Local coaches who are in the training include Kenya Volleyball Federation Technical Director David Lung'aho, who is also doubling up as Shoatatek's assistant, Kenya women's U23 coach Catherine Mabwi and General Service Unit coach, Gideon Tarus.

"It is a great and interesting course that will definitely help us improve the level of the game in the country. All the participants are enjoying it," Lung'aho said.
