The Opposition has been robust in its criticism of the Jubilee government.

As far as they are concerned, there is no tangible development initiated by the UhuRuto regime.

Their criticism notwithstanding, they shun the same Government responsible for doling out development funds to their regions.

Recently, Energy Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter was in Homa Bay County to announce the commencement of a project to spur socio-economic development for the people of South Nyanza.

This was the installation of a substation to alleviate the perennial electric power outages in the region. Only one MCA attended.

No wonder their score card for the Jubilee government is an unconvincing D+. A shift is needed in the Luo community's political leaning especially with the prevailing dynamics.
