Rotary College, Kisumu National Polytechnic and Commonwealth College emerged tops in the second edition of the Commonwealth College Sports tournament played at Lions High School in Kisumu.

Rotary College dethroned defending football champions Kasagam Secondary School after defeating them 4-3 in post-match penalties. The game ended 1-1 in regular time.
