Gervinho has uncovered he he earns a staggering £130,000 goal bonus and a £50,000 appearance fee in the Chinese Super League, according to the Sun.

The shocking numbers show exactly why such a large number of players at the highest point of their game are running to the Far East.

Carlos Tevez as of late joined Shanghai Shenhua to put pen-to-paper on a deal so great, it made him overlook all his earlier ethics about the risky impact cash is having on the old game.

But, as former Arsenal man, Gervinho, whose basic wage is around £165,000-a-week, explains — it’s not just the basic wage is absolutely mind-blowing.

The Ivorian left Roma to join Hebei China Fortune in March, and uncovered: “I earn just under £130,000 net just for scoring.
