The World Health Organization has declared an Ebola outbreak in Uganda, effectively, medics in Kenya have called for stringent preventive measures.

The initial Ebola outbreak was discovered in Mubende on September 20, and infections have been found in three other Ugandan districts - Kassanda, Kyegegwa and Kagadi.
