However, despite the challenges emotional pain can present, research shows that there are a variety of ways to effectively overcome it. But first, it is important to acknowledge that emotional pain is real and valid. It is not something that can be brushed aside or ignored.

Experiencing emotional pain is a testament to our strength and resilience as human beings. So do not conceal that pain because you were raised to be strong. Everything that comes under pressure eventually breaks.
