Defending champions Tusker will be eying a third win in a row when they host AFC Leopards in the FKF Premier League highlight match of round three at Kasarani Stadium tomorrow.

The brewers who are enjoying a free scoring form two matches into the 2022-2023 season face Leopards whom they have failed to beat home and away in the past four years.

Statistically, Tusker have failed to complete a double over Ingwe since the 2018 season when they won 4-2 and 4-0 home and away respectively.

However, six goals in two wins (2-1 Homeboyz and 4-1 Nairobi City Stars) will surely motivate the Robert Matano-coached side who seem to have put behind the 2021-2022 title they were unceremoniously stripped by the federation last month.

Leopards will not be easy pushovers on the other hand as they bank on their 2-0 positive start against Nairobi City Stars and two weeks' rest to propel them to victory.

Today, Kenya Police will host Kakamega Homeboyz at Ulinzi Sports Complex which will host a double header as Ulinzi Stars take on Posta Rangers in the late kick off match.

The final match of the day will see Nzoia Sugar welcome Sofapaka at Sudi Stadium.

Meanwhile, KCB assistant coach Godfrey Oduor has expressed confidence in his forces to bounce back to winning ways when they face Bandari in Mombasa tomorrow.

The bankers fell 1-0 to Kakamega Homeboyz in their second league match last weekend and the Zedekiah Otieno-led side will be looking to register a positive result when they lock horns with the dockers.

"When you lose a match, the team tends to lose confidence a bit but this is something we have been working on, our confidence levels currently stand at 7 out of 10. Bandari is an equally good opponent and we're ready to face them. Our goal is to scoop the three vital points in that encounter," said Oduor

"All of our players are fully fit. No one has an injury and this shows we're ready to compete. In that case, anyone will be called upon to be on the starting eleven." [Washington Onyango]
