$338 million jackpot winner faces 40 years in prison after being arrested

New Jersey man who won $338 million in the Powerball lottery in March 2013 has been charged with sexually assaulting a child, CBS News reported.

Pedro Quezada was arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault as well as endangering the welfare of a child.
