Veteran golfer Martin Wahome playing off handicap 10 braved heavy downpour and strong winds from the nearby Indian Ocean to win the A Division in the May Mug trophy at the par 71 Seaside Mombasa Golf Course on Saturday.
He carded an excellent 68 nett from the day long 18-hole tourney to emerge the winner.
