Manchester United defender Eric Bailly has thanked supporters for their messages of support after he was released from hospital following his worrying-looking head injury on Sunday.

The Ivorian defender twice needed treatment at the end of the first half of his side's 3-1 loss to Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-final after first colliding with Kurt Zouma and then again with his teammate Harry Maguire.
