Three students in court for selling fake exam papers

With the national examinations for secondary and primary schools rapidly approaching, three university students took advantage of the situation to defraud parents out of millions of shillings through a false promise of leakages.

Kelvin Anunda Mogaka, Francis Manyara Ogata and Brevin Osano Ombongi are Egerton University students. They have been charged with defrauding Sh4 million from unsuspecting residents on the false promise that they could help them get the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) and Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exams.
