An extra time golden goal by Jonathan Stichbury was all Sanlam Investments required to beat Radio Africa 1-0 after a 3-3 tie at the end of four chukkas to lift Six Goal championships at Nairobi Polo Club on Sunday.
It didn’t take Stichbury 60 seconds to hit home the final goal that allowed his team to lift the title.
“It was amazing and we are happy to have won it ahead of the weekend’s competition,” said Sanlam Captain Craig Miller.
The tournament was used to select a national side that will take on Brazilian National Team in an 18-Goal-International match at the same venue this weekend.
