The final UEFA Champions League round of 16 first leg ties will be staged on Tuesday and Wednesday in England, Italy, Spain and France with some intriguing matches lined up.

We witnessed some unexpected outcomes in last week’s matches. PSG, Liverpool, Valencia, and Tottenham all suffered defeats in the hands of Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid, Atalanta, and Tottenham respectively.

Punters who placed their bets on ChezaCash earned some good money with Atletico Madrid win for example tripling their stake.

Chelsea vs Bayern Munich

On Tuesday, Chelsea will welcome Bayern Munich to Stamford Bridge. In a normal season, Chelsea would have been backed to pick a win at home. Their current form and their performance at home this season, however, doesn’t give much hope heading into the game.

The Blues have been poor particular at home where they have managed just five wins in the league so far this campaign, the poorest among the top five teams.

Bayern, on the other hand, has managed their early season poor run and are currently on a good form, they top the Bundesliga and are currently on course to win the league title again. They head to London with a lot of confidence knowing their opponents are limping.

Napoli vs Barcelona

This will be a tie between two none consistent teams this season. Napoli has had a fair share of off-pitch problems that impacted their form and resulted to the dismissal of Carlo Ancelotti. Genarro Gatusso took over and has managed to steady the ship. Recent wins over Juventus and Inter Milan shows that the Blues are on the right track.

Barcelona too have had their off-pitch problems. A recent public spat between Lionel Messi and director Eric Abidal over who was responsible for coach Ernesto Valverde's sacking threatened to tear the club apart but it appears the club management has since handled the situation well.

Their form too has not been at its best. Injuries to Luis Suarez and Ousmane Dembele has also left the team short in attack and against a quick dynamic Napoli side, they will have to be at their best if they are to get at least a first-leg draw away from home.

Lyon vs Juventus

Lyon will welcome Juventus to the Groupama Stadium on Wednesday night as they look to get a first-leg advantage. Their current form, however, is wanting and they head into the game as underdogs. They are currently 11th in the league and they face a Juventus FC that’s currently top in Serie A.

The hosts will miss Memphis Depay, Reine Adelaide, Leo Dubois, and Youssouf Kone are all out of the clash for Lyon.  Juve has some injury concerns. Merih Demiral, Sami Khedira, Federico Bernardechi, and Douglas Costa are all injured

Juve are not in the best form either but head into the game as favorites. Multibets with boosted odds for Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Napoli, Barcelona, Lyon, Juventus, Real Madrid and Manchester City are available on ChezaCash A punter will also have the chance to get their cash back in the event that they predict a match wrong.

Real Madrid vs Manchester City

Another clash of the titans will see Manchester City travel to the Spanish capital to face record European champions. City already have problems of their own after last week’s UEFA ban that will see them, miss UEFA Champions League football for the next two seasons over financial fair play rules breach.

This season presents them with a chance to win the elusive champions league title but they will have to face a resilient Real Madrid side that will be looking for its 14th European title.

Real have no serious injury concern with long-term absentee Marco Asensio the only one out of the match following Eden Hazard’s return to action after a lengthy lay off. City has no injury concern with all their players now back to action.
