Local publications in Spain have reported that Eden Hazard's big move to Real Madrid is in its penultimate stages.

Los Blancos have been the strongest admirers of the Chelsea star for some time now after his stunning displays in the Premier League with the London-based outfit.

The Spanish giants are looking to replace departed Legend Cristiano Ronaldo with a stellar signing and according to the club management, the Belgian fits the bill.

Spanish publication Marca claims that Zinedine Zidane's side will finalise the capture of the 28-year-old Belgian on a six-year deal in the next few days.

They have also reported that the Chelsea star is ready to go to Madrid to check out potential residences in the capital ahead of his reported move.

Zidane is a great fan of the tricky, hardworking winger and believes he can fill Ronaldo's shoes very well and aid their quest to dethrone Barcelona next season.
