Jurgen Klopp blasted the Premier League's decision to make Liverpool play Everton on Saturday lunchtime following their win over Man City.
Liverpool demolished the Premier League leaders with a stunning first-half display at Anfield as they ran out 3-0 winners.
The Reds are back in action in the Merseyside derby at Goodison Park on Saturday lunchtime.
And despite his side's outstanding display, Klopp hit out at his side's fixture schedule.
"We play again on Saturday at 12:30 and if you want to see games like this then the Premier League have to think about it," he said.
"That will be really tough. Everton are probably more happy about that and that isn't fair.
"Being in an international competition should not cause problems. It should be something good.
"We have to somehow find players for Saturday. I am not over the moon. I am really angry about people who make decisions in this league.
"If I have all the players available, and don't pick the strongest XI, what happens then?"
On his side's display, he added: "The first half was brilliant, that's how football should be. We knew about the qualities of Manchester City. All of our goals were fantastic.
"That was all good but it's only half-time. If we could control the game better and not defend so deep, then we would be closer to Man City in the league."
