Zone B side Eldoret Falcons’ coach Jeff Mutai says his side  will be on a revenge mission when they entertain Palos Women in a Football Kenya Federation Women Premier League fixture at Kipchoge Keino Stadium tomorrow.

Mutai took over the team from Johnstone Mukhwana in the second leg.

“Palos is a good team and the last time we met, they defeated us 2-1 in Kisumu. This will be a good match for us as we are playing at home.

“We had various challenges in our previous match against Wadadia which we lost 3-1. In this fixture, we had change of time that was not communicated in time and we had to warm for only ten minutes .

“Another challenge was biased officiating. We have put that behind us and we are now looking forward to the match at home,” he said.

Kipchoge Keino Stadium has not been a good hunting ground for Falcons though as they have won once, the 9-0 win over Bulemia.

“We need maximum points from this fixture because we want to finish in a respectable position by the end of the season,” Mutai said.

So far, Mutai has managed two wins and two defeats under his reign at the Eldoret-based side.

Falcons have managed two wins this seasons and currently have seven points from eight matches.

In another match, Bulemia will be seeking a second win of the season when they face Vihiga Leeds in Busia tomorrow.

Bulemia who joined the top league this season have found the going tough and are languishing at the bottom of the table standing with only three points from matches.

Leeds are ahead of Bulemia with six points from two wins in the entire season. [Rebecca Jebet]
