Referee Craig Thomson Shows Linesman a Red Card After Sickness Strikes During Match

Referee Craig Thomson showed his assistant Andrew McWilliam the red card during Dundee's win over Kilmarnock when the linesman took ill.

The Linesman was booked by the referee for delaying Kilmarnock's Jordan Jones corner kick before walking away from the pitch to be sick.

Of course, McWilliam couldn’t really be red-carded out of the game and it was a joke!

The linesman surprised football fans watching the match by continuing to carry out his duties after vomiting at the side of the pitch.

The match ended 1-0 to the visitors with Dundee‘s Marcus Haber scoring the only goal of the match.
