Kenya Cup defending champions Kabras Sugar will battle Kenya Commercial Bank in this year's final on April 22.
This will be a repeat of the 2014/2015 Kenya Cup final, where the bankers won 27-3 at the RFUEA grounds. Just like last season's final against hosts Impala, Kabras proved to be masters of the rainy-weather conditions, rallying from behind to beat Homeboyz 22-17 in extra time at a wet ASK Jamhuri Park pitch.
The pounding rain could not stop the millers from ending the deejays' rule as KCB saw off a resilient Kenya Harlequin 19-12 at the Lions Den in Ruaraka.
But it was substitute Johnstone Mungao's extra-time unconverted try that secured Kabras' third consecutive final ticket after the match ended 17-17 in regular time.
The deejays raced into a 5-17 lead thanks to Leonard Mugaisi and Emmanuel Mavala's converted tries and Kevin Masai's penalty.
However, Kabras regrouped and secured vital points for a 10-17 score.

Kangaru target improved performance
Eastern Region rugby15s champions Kangaru School are hoping to bounce from their dismal show last year when this year's Term One national games begin at State House Girls and Nairobi School.
Kangaru failed to shine in last year's games, bowing out of the tournament at the group stage. They lost their group matches to newcomers Moi Sirgoi (10-0), Maseno (21-3) and Kakamega (32-0).
However, Kangaru coach Benson Mwenda said his players have come of age and are ready to battle for the title. "We performed poorly last year, but my players have improved now and I think they have what it takes to contest for the trophy this year." [Elizabeth Mburugu]
