Strathmore University men’s handball coach Peter Mwathi says his charges are ready to recapture the Kenya Universities Sports Association (KUSA) games national title.
This came after their 31-29 win over Multimedia University (MMU) during their semi-final encounter in the Nairobi South Conference Kenya University Sports Association (NASOKUSA) play-offs at University of Nairobi Grounds over the weekend.
Commenting after the match, Mwathi said the match was not easy for his charges adding that it was a big challenge.
“The match was not easy as we expected but I thank the boys for the spirited performance. MMU is a good side because they are also taking part in the Kenya Handball Federation national league,” he said.
