Ethnicity a threat in Turbi 9/0409

Ethnic rivalries and competition for land, water and the pasture have been at the heart of conflict in the upper eastern region of Kenya. While a massacre of the magnitude of the 2005 Turbi massacre has not been repeated since, peace in the region is shaky.
