Court allows man to sue State for turning his land into bus terminus

The Environment and Lands Court in Nakuru has allowed a private developer to sue the National government over a parcel of land that was turned into a bus terminus.

In his ruling, Justice Mwangi Njoroge said the Director of Land Administration, the Director of Physical Planning, and the Attorney General must be sued too.
